Oh man 
We really try our best to make the best baseball events out there and we know that sometimes we simply strike out. We do our best to correct things and work really hard to improve every single year so that we maintain a high batting average. However we also know that our events are not for everyone and sometimes its just not a great fit....and we respect that. We may follow up with you to see where we missed.
