Active Campaign Training

Introduction:

Active campaign is an automated email system that you will use religiously throughout your time as a franchisee. This training should take you about 2 hours, walking you through all the systems within the program to get you to success as fast as possible.

Audience: This is for areas that use the Minor League Coaching System

3. **High Level Instructions:**

   Enroll in this free course provided by AC themself

  • Go through the modules, starting with 1-5. You will then skip module 6, and move on to 7-8. You will also skip 9-10, and complete 11-12.
  • Note that 4,5,7,8 will be the longest and have the most information, this is an extremely important section of the training, with a lot of details and processes that need to be followed thoroughly. Bear down, pay attention, and take notes.
  • The training will provide you with a PDF of each module at the end of each session. save these for future use, as you can always go back and use them as a reference.

**Test Assignment:**

  1. Go into the main page of the active campaign and navigate the website to the contacts page. From the contacts page you will then create a new contact and name it “test” and give them a new tag and name it “test” as well.
  1. Second will be searching for a contact. Go to the search bar in the top right hand corner of the contacts page and find the contact Danielhimel@gmail.com and see when the contact was created.
  1. Next you will create a new test list, name it “Test your name.”
  1. Create an automation and name it “Test your name.” The automation trigger will be when subscribing to your test list in #3, set the wait for 1 hour, send an email, then send to automation ‘MSM indoctrination.’
  1. Lastly, How many emails did MSM send in the last month?

If you completed this relatively easy, you are in good shape. These are the systems that put money into your pocket every tournament. So embrace this system and take it seriously.
