Introduction:
After the coach selection process and releasing teams you will find that there are still some teams that remain coachless. This process will allow you to easily send emails to the parents of coachless teams in hopes to get them to sign up as a coach.
Audience: This is for areas that use the Major League Coaching System

You will need access to the Team and Coach list, Players List, and Active Campaign.

3. **High Level Instructions:**
In the players sheet go to MSM Menu to generate the Coachless Teams email list. It gets generated on the ‘log’ tab.
Take the email list generated in step on and then import it into the “No Coach List” in your AC. This will kick off an automation that will send them an email with Coaching info.
If you import them with the Tag MSM-NoCoach-LastResort this will send another email where you can offer them ‘free registration’ to coach.

Do this 3-4 times then use the last resort tags. Don’t spam them too much.
Review the automation once per season to make sure all info is up to date and correct. Keep the emails as generic as possible to allow for easy reuse.
Also a good idea is to send an email to the Free Agents and remind them that if they want to play…pick a team that needs a coach and coach.
