On the drive home I asked my son if he enjoyed playing with his future classmates. He responded “This is the most fun I’ve ever had playing in a tournament.” He also told his grandmother the same thing later. He had six of his select baseball teammates playing for their respective middle schools and it was a fun and wonderful experience to cheer on our current teammates and get to know our future classmates/teammates.
